Our Mission
The Kindergruppe is intended to bring together and support children in their endeavor to be bilingual German/English speakers.
Through social settings, German language and cultural awareness will be nurtured. Get-togethers will take place in varied
locations throughout the Kern County/Lancaster-Palmdale area.
Kern Kinder provides:
-A weekly play group for pre-schoolers
-A weekly afternoon get together for school age children
-Bi-monthy conversation group for adults
-Festivals throughout the year that teach children about German culture
The German-American School Association has a Saturday morning school in the Antelope Valley. Children age three
through sixteen are welcome. Click on "School" link for more information.
