* Contract is not in force or valid until both contract and payment are received by OWFISH Post-Rapture Pet Rescue Service.

** OWFISH Post-Rapture Pet Rescue Service reserves the right to reject any request for service without explanation.  A confirmation certificate confirming receipt of payment, pets covered, start date, and end date of contract coverage will  be emailed to subscriber . 

Terms and Conditions of Service - Please Read: 
  • OWFISH Post-Rescue Pet Rescue Service (OWFISH-PRPRS) is not liable, and no refunds will be made, in the event of the loss, death, sale, or transfer of a subscriber's pet(s) prior to the Rapture and during the coverage period of the contract. 
  • Service period commences with receipt of payment. Service contract expires seven (7) years from date of receipt of payment. 
  • Change in address of the original owner/subscriber residence will be honored upon notification via email to OWFISH-PRPRS as long as the new address is within OWFISH-PRPRS's existing service area.   No refunds will be made for address changes outside of OWFISH-PRPRS's service area during the contract period.  Our service covers only one (1) rescue address per contract and fee.
  • In the event of the death of the subscribing pet owner prior to the Rapture the contract will remain in effect. OWFISH-PRPRS will continue to honor the contract for the remainder of the contract period.  We do not adopt / rescue animals except as a result of the Rapture occurance.
  • If  subscriber loses his/her faith and/or the Rapture occurs and subscriber is not Raptured (aka  is "left behind") OWFISH-PRPRS disclaims any liability; no refund will be tendered.  
  • Should a relative residing within the rescue location not be Raptured and opts to retain the pet(s), OWFISH-PRPRS will not take posession of the pet(s).  No refund will be tendered.
  • OWFISH-PRPRS neither makes or implies any other warranties or claims of any other services or  products except as described in this website. OWFISH-PRPRS is not associated with any other animal/pet rescue service, foundation or entity. 
  • All sales are final. 
  • By contracting with OWFISH-PRPRS for post Rapture pet rescue service,  subscriber affirms that he/she is 21 years of age or older and has read, understands, and agrees with all terms and conditions stated herein.

Fees:
       One (1) pet per rescue address = $66.60
       Each additional pet per rescue address = $6.66

Number of pets rescued

All proceeds go to support the OWFISH Project to promote and foster recreational vehicle travel, boating and sportfishing opportunities for disabled American military veterans.
 
The OWFISH Project is currently not an organization exempt from federal income tax as a charitable organization under 501(c)(3) to the Internal Revenue Code. All gifts and bequests to The OWFISH Project do not qualify for deduction under the Internal Revenue Code.
