For the past seventeen years USA Tees has been supplying graduation shirts. To join the 2005 School Program, please fill out the brief questionnaire below. USA Tees will mail out a price quote, also a 2005 template where each student signs Their names. Mail back the template with all the signatures, correct sizes, school name & color. We will then print the Shirts you requested and ship them out to you.
