We have always had a policy of requiring payment for ads when ad materials are sent. However, we've also always been very informal in asking for adherence to that policy. Most of you have complied, but a small number consistently waits to pay until we have had to send several invoices for payment. A very few have even failed to pay entirely, for which the privilege of exhibiting in our shows has been withdrawn to those companies.

 

We are not a publishing company but rather a company that produces shows that showcase your products. We will adhere to our own stated policy and require payment for ads when materials are sent. We appreciate the fact most of you already comply with that policy.
