CD or digital submission of materials preferred. A matchprint composite color proof required if reserving a color ad. We need a hard copy if it's black and white to make sure the ad prints correctly. If it's a color ad, please see below for our matchprint color proof requirements.**

FILE REQUIREMENTS

Please provide a hard copy of ad with files. See section below for details of what is required. Be sure to collect all support files for ad, including fonts and imports. When submitting color ads files should be CMYK. RGB and Pantone are not accepted. Links must be TIFF or EPS. Images must be at least 300 dpi/150 line screen. Fonts have two parts: printer font and screen font. Include both parts. All pertinent information in a full page ad should be kept within the live area.

Macintosh format is preferred, although PC format is accepted. When submitting PC formatted files, they must be in the required programs and all fonts should be converted to curves.

Contact Information: Please provide a list of contacts for the ad. Include the advertiser, advertising agency, and/or ad designer with phone and fax numbers. Also include e-mail address.

**Press Quality Composite Proof: A color Imation or Matchprint proof is required for 4-color ads. Inkjet and color laser proofs are unacceptable because they lack the color consistency of higher level proofs. The unacceptable proofs include those from a home printer, Kinko's and the like. Contact Hunter McMain or me if you need help in finding a way to print your matchprint color proof. Always have your proofs made at 100% and with crop marks.

***Remember: The final appearance of your ad will be affected by the proof we are matching. If no press quality color proof is provided, a $50 charge will be assessed by Hunter-McMain to have one created.
