• We require payment before program guides are published. Ads will not be published without payment.
• We do not provide tear sheets.
• Materials and payment are due by the deadlines set in the rate card.
• Invoices are sent out via e-mail or fax shortly after I receive your insertion order.
• A new policy: I will create an invoice number for each advertiser. Please be sure to include that in the "memo" section of your check.
• If you want to pay by credit card, contact me. Please note the rates stated in the rate card are check/cash discount rates. The credit card rate is 6.5% higher.
