You will continue to see links here when we add new photos like these from April where you can see proof that Ana is finally big enough to face forward in the car and see her first gardening experience. In unrelated news, we got to see a great concert Monday night but didn't take the camera (still regretting it, slightly).

February has just passed, sooooo... go here to see last month's photos. Ana is two-footin' it quite well these days. Her vocabulary has expanded to include such words as "apple," "owl," "clock," "pull," "Hi," "Elmo," "ball," "meow," "no," and "Good heavens, Mother, these are too firm for 3-minute eggs!"

O.K. That last one is totally made-up.

 

We just completed the ninth installment of AFF. These little videos are included in DVDs of uncut family footage that Keith compiles from old VHS tapes. Once your finished here check out Auntie Leah's site for the latest in the life of New Zealand backpackers.

 

Our January photos show visits with friends and some ways Ana is helping and learning. She has put some important syllables together to form the words "Daddy" and "Mommy," and she is getting bolder walking.

 

Ana started walking pretty well on Friday, and we have video to prove it. Check back later for January pics.

 

Keith just finished putting together the eighth installment of Anderson Family Films. It includes video from the golden years, 1985-1986. Check it out in the photo album.

Happy New Year! Our December pics are now available. We had a great time with friends and family in TN. Ana now has a new pint-sized table and chairs, some good books, puzzles, and toys, and a most excellent kids' cd called "Slugs and Bugs and Lullabies." She was also persuaded by Meme to take a few steps.

 

We published some of our November pictures here for your viewing pleasure. You'll see some of our friends at TTU's homecoming as well as snippets from our Thanksgiving celebrations. We would also like to wish you a very Merry Christmas!

 

We hope you had a happy Thanksgiving. We sure did. Now that it has passed, feel free to listen to some Christmas music.

 

Here you will find pics of Ana's first birthday celebration, part deux. More family came to visit, and we had four generations under one roof. Her gifts included hand made clothes, a stringed instrument, and a super alter ego. Ana has also started brushing her teeth (both of'em) and walking while pushing things around the house.

 

Now for the cool news. Keith and Erin are now a prize winning photo team according to the folks at Chimney Rock Park. Our response upon hearing the news? Shock and awe... shock... and... awe.

 

October was quite the busy month. We'll put plenty of pics up later along with some pretty cool news. For now, you can check out the results of a tri-generational Scrabble battle-royale, watch the new video, and check out some pics that Keith and others took of our church's harvest festival.

 

Another scenes'n'snippets first: two updates at once!

 

Ana's first birthday was a big orange gourd filled festival with friends and family from near and far. See if you can count how many times the phrase "My Little Pumpkin" or the name "Ana" in any form shows up in the photos. Send your answers to the obfuscated email address on the right.

 

The last two weeks of Ana's first year were quite eventful if only for the reason that we endured her first cold, and I speak on behalf of Ana when I say that nose suckers are the root of all kinds of evil.

 

We finally have some pics up from our adventures over the past four weeks. We've found Ana crawling faster and standing more but not yet walking. We also went to an Amish cook-out and plow day and met some of our friends' babies that are popping out left and right.
