This year the decor was festive as opposed to scary with dozens of black and orange helium filled balloons and a multi-colored disco ball spinning round and round. Of course it's not Halloween with a few terrifying touches here and there such as our grinning skull with fire shooting out of his head, our fogging cauldron, gothic candelabra and some other appropriate items. The fog machine was in full swing and most of our guests complied with our "wear a costume" dictate. We had a few who showed up at the last minute without a costume, but we're not mean enough to turn them away from a good party.
