This section includes anyone of importance to the RPG or the setting that the players run across (except if the players don't know their names) or should know about. Since the NPC list had been getting long, it has now been divided up into three sections.

Good, evil, or even neutrality do not adequately categorize the folk of Magic Empire . In a world seemingly pulled to one extreme or another, the beliefs held within are frequently not those portrayed without. As such, the NPCs listed in these sections may change their location from time to time depending on their current relation towards the party.
