Colorado river

    The morning of our first campsite.                  

       After paddling for days we acquired a few blisters.

    We often stop on a sandbar for lunch.     

        We had good tail winds and not much further to go, so three of us rafted together and fashioned a sail using a towel.  It worked surprisingly well. 

    Don't stay in one spot too long on a sand bar.
