Jack: Ladies!

Jen: Hey Jack!

Jack: I’m guessing you heard we’re opening Saturday?

Jen: Yah, actually we’re here to talk to you about that.

Jack: What can I do for you?

Jen: Well Kerry has plans this Saturday night, and we can’t miss the opening night! Is there anyway you can open it on Friday instead.

Kerry: Sorry, Jack! I didn’t know when I made plans.

Kate: I tried to tell them you wouldn’t change the date just for us.

Jack: I can’t open if you aren’t going to be there. I’ll see what I can do. Come by tomorrow and I’ll let you know.

Jen: Thanks so much, Jack. Alright well we should get going. Bye!

They all said bye and thanked Jack. They walked outside to there cars where Kate asked where they were off to. They decided to go to the mall and get lunch. On the way there they all called their moms to let them know they’ll be out for the rest of the day.

They were looking at some racks in a store after having lunch. Since Jen hadn’t heard about the night before Kate didn’t hesitate to explain it. Then she told them they would be meeting the group when they get back from touring. Kate had promised their other friends Crystal and Morgan they could come too because they loved Frankie and Matt.  Jen and Kerry just wanted to meet Jesse’s friends because Kate, Crystal, and Morgan said they were all extremely hott. Neither Jen nor Kerry had really ever looked to see what the group looked like and didn’t want to look so it’d be a surprise. Kate was trying hard not to think about Jesse being on a tour bus right now. She was feeling sad when her cell began ringing and she found out it was Jesse.

Kate: Hello?

Jesse: Hey Kate! I’m on the bus right now so I got a second to call. Where are you?

Kate: I’m at the mall with Kerry and Jen.

Jesse: Cool, tell them I said hi.

Kate: Ok I will.

Jesse: What are you doing this week?

Kate: Well umm, Wednesday we’re going to the beach, then on Friday we’re going to IOA, and maybe clubbing afterwards.

Jesse: Sounds like fun.

Kate: When’s your first show?

Jesse: Tomorrow actually.

Kate: Oh cool! Good Luck haha

Jesse: Thanks! Well they’re making me get off the phone and practice, but I’ll try to talk to you later.

Kate: Alright bye sweetie.

Jesse: Bye babe

Kate hung up just as Kerry and Jen walked over.

Jen: No I love you?

Kate: We haven’t said that to each other yet.

Kerry: How long has it been again?

Kate: Almost 5 months.

Jen: Wow, and you still haven’t said I love you?

Kate: I’m happy enough to just be with him, the “I love you” isn’t that big.

Kerry: Whatever makes you happy! Now let’s get back to shopping. Who wants to see a movie tonight?

Kate: I do!

Jen: Me too!

They finished shopping then went to the movies. They parted after the movies and went home to their homes. Kate went to sleep dreaming about Jesse. Kerry waited in anticipation for this Saturday night when she would be on a date with one of the biggest hunks in school, Chad. This summer was gonna rock. The only thing bugging Kate was not being able to share her summer with Jesse.
