Jen and Chris were holding hands sitting next to each other and talked the entire movie. Sparkle and Matt were making out the whole time, and Spencer and Frankie, well, no one really knew what they were doing, they were sort of off to the side away from anyone. Greg and Kerry were next to each other.

Greg: So, Kerry, I never saw you at the club last night.

Kerry: Yeah, me neither. That sucks, I didn’t dance with any guys last night, but if I had know some guy as cute as you were there…that’s a different story!

Greg: Well, would you consider going back with a really cute guy?

Kerry: It depends….

Greg: On….

Kerry: How cute is this guy?

Greg: Have a mirror?

Kerry started laughing and then it was quiet for a second. Kerry and Greg were just looking into each other’s brown eyes and they both leaned in……

Kate and Jesse were next to each other too. It was Jesse, Kate, Jen, and Chris all in a row. Kate looked around and saw all of her friends paired up with guys and she started to feel, lonely, then angry.

Kate: I gotta get out of here.

She whispered loud so the 3 around her could hear. Jen looked at Chris and Chris looked at Jen.

Chris: What was that for?

He asked clueless.

Jen: I have no idea.

Then Jesse felt the same way and decided just to leave and see what was up.

Kate was walking towards her car when she heard someone calling after her…

Jesse: Hey! Kate! Wait up!!

Kate turned around to see Jesse chasing her.

Kate: Yeah?

Jesse: Wanna tell me why you ran out of there?

Kate: No, not really.

Jesse: Come on.

Kate: Look at them! They all have “their guys” now and I felt so out of place there.

Jesse: Yeah, I got the same feeling.

Kate: I was just going to Planet Smoothie, wanna come with?

Jesse: Sure, cool.

They both got into the car and got their smoothies. Neither of them wanted to go back into the movies so they just drove around for a while.

Kate: So can you drive?

Jesse: Yeah, I mean, I can and I have my license and all, but that doesn’t mean I actually drive anywhere. I don’t like to.

Kate: Oh. So…

Jesse: You know, you’re not as bad as I thought you were.

Kate: Oh, gee, thanks Jesse. Neither are you.

They both laughed. Then it got quiet.

Jesse: Um, Kate I was wondering if-

Kate interrupted: We better get back to the movies, everyone will be wondering where we went and all.

Jesse: Um, yeah you’re right.

Kate pulled in front of the theaters where everyone was hanging out.

Kerry: What is it with our circle of friends? Everyone just disappears! First Jen, now you? Why’d you run out like that too?

Kate: Never mind. So where’re we going?

Chris: Jen and I were gonna go some place just the two of us…

Jen: I’ll call you guys later if we’re going to meet back.

Sparkle & Spencer: See ya!

Jen and Chris walked towards his car. Then Frankie, Sparkle, Matt, and Spencer were all going to the girls’ house to hang out. That left Kate, Jesse, Kerry, and Greg with one car. They decided to go back to Kerry’s house to go on the wave runners.
