A preface to my evolving story
The product of a Catholic girlhood, touched by the Benedictine sisters of Erie, Pennsylvania, and raised by two loving and
spiritual but not perfect parents, I have had a life which has focused on service. It hasn't been easy, but with God's help
I have grown and contributed and helped raise two great kids to adulthood. More spiritual than religious, I know that I am
blessed and I wish to bless others whom I touch and to assist in the healing of the world: that means peace, justice and nonviolence
-- and love, real love, agape. Read my blog for more insights into the life of the woman who is Kate Anne.
About this blog
Sharing peace with my friends and the world and furthering it in myself is imperative. I truly know that together we must
and can change the world. Onward, progressive peace friends!

Finding time for oneself is essential. In January 2004, I traveled on the Norwegian Dawn to the Caribbean. I know I shall
return there again for more sailing and scuba diving in St. Thomas, but also to the lush rain forests of beautiful Dominica
-- still unspoiled. [Dear God, protect them from a superabundance of environmentally incorrect US tourists. Thank you.
Amen.]
Seeking peace by water I find very effective. Thanks to my brother Gregory, I have escaped NYC bustle at his beach home along
the Delaware coast. Enjoy the current moment at the shore:
