We are pleased
to offer The Yellow House rentals that fit YOUR vacation needs. We have the traditional Friday to
Friday Summer rentals from late May through September.
Two summers ago we started offering 3-day weekends to a great response from
those looking for less of a week and more of a get-away. This led to us having several mid-week time slots available
that, to our surprise, were also quite popular! So we are offering these again this year with extra days available to
build upon your get-away.
How
about a full month rate? We've been asked for it and can certainly accommodate you.

chart below should help you to select the time frame that works best for you.
In the Spring and fall, we still have daily and weekend rates.
$145 per night, two night minimum.
Fifty percent deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning deposit due on reservation.
Balance due 10 days prior to arrival.
Winter rentals and leases are also available, call
