a couple creative souls with
whom I could collaborate. It would be good if they understood the
universe
of harmony and melody, and were willing to participate in my rhythmic
explorations. I envision using a simple system incorporating remote
stereo
mic and in-ear monitor and an optional recorder, that would allow all
three musicians to hear the same objective perspective of their
combined
sound. When they agree on their collaborative goals, the system will
allow
them to work anywhere without a sound technician. There's lots of room to explore innovation beyond
standard
song form using interactive cues to rehearse flexibility and learn to
play
any audience into an emotive state. Meanwhile, I encourage those at a distance to build onto these ideas through virtual collaboration. Use one of these identical recordings as a basis for your own composition. MP3 or .wav |
