Astoria, Oregon is the setting for the tale. (Click for current conditions.)
Thank you for visiting! By day, I'm an auditor and fearless "number cruncher" for
the State of Oregon, but the rest of the time I enjoy writing children's stories, religious essays,
and political satire. My wife Kimberly is the illustrator of my two (as yet unpublished) children's books.
Writing, though, continues to be my preferred method of expression--from serious essays of Catholic apologetics,
such as my article in Catholic Answers' This Rock, to silly children's books.
My most recently completed book is Tristan's Travels, which follows the misadventures
of a seagull named Tristan. For further details on this tale, please see the book's new domain page.
