Everything was awsome - the food, the decor, the staff...  You guys gave us that reception comparison spread sheet and I'm so glad you did!  At first glance, we thought your prices were pretty high and we had another facility in mind that I thought would cost us less.  But after I sat down with your spread sheet and ran the numbers, it turned out it would have been MORE and it was not nearly as nice nor did it include as much!  What an eye opener it was.  Thanks for all you do and keep up the good work, ladies!

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for everything you and your staff did to make Kelly and Tom's wedding reception such a great event!  The food was wonderful and plentiful, the staff was pleasant and professional and the facility was beautifully decorated.  When I was paying the balance due before the wedding, I mentioned that I had never been to a function at your facility, but I had heard several wonderful comments.  I have to admit, even with the favorable comments, I was still a little anxious.  Let me say that since the reception, I have had many people mention how great the food was.  I thought it was wonderful and Kelly has mentioned that she wishes she could get your recipe for the vegetable lasagna!  The roast beef was delicious - so moist and flavorful.  I will definitely recommend Karen's Fireside to anyone looking for a banquet facility!

We want to thank you very much for the way you conducted our daughter's wedding reception.  The food was great and all the guests liked the food, just like at our other daughter's wedding.  The extras like setup, cleanup, etc., that were included in the one-stop price made it outstanding.  This saved us a lot of time and money.  Your staff were helpful and nice.  The only problem was three entrees were not enough, as we would have liked to try all of your good cooking!
