The front entrance to Lovett Hall. Most of us never see this view because we're scurrying in from the parking lot and use the west door,
next to the handicapper parking and a bicycle rack.

The Education Department used to create wonderful flyers to promote the dance. This cartoon is from a contemporary (1937-ish) magazine, possibly the New Yorker. Yes, in 1986 we paid admission of $3.00. |
