Rancho", 2-3 doubles, 1 private bath
with outdoor shower, closest to the beach, large kitchen and huge communal
outdoor dining
area. 1-6 guests. Maid service included. Rate is for
"Meals Included Plan" only*.
"Honeymoon
Cabina", 2 double
screened in rooms, 2 stories plus kitchen, 2 private
baths and shower, wading pool of Artesian creek water, ping pong/multimedia art
studio, 1-4 guests max. Maid service included.
"Housekeeping Plan**"
and "Meals Included Plan* are
both available.
Two double "Tent
Platforms" are currently under construction and will be available April,
2009.
We can hire a local cook to help with cooking and cleaning and taxis can bring food out from town or there are a couple
local businesses to purchase meals out. We have wireless internet for
guests to stay in contact with the "outside world".
*MEALS INCLUDED PLAN: For
the best meals available in Cabo Matapalo. Chef lives on site!

person/night, 20% reservation deposit required.
10 % discount for groups

**HOUSEKEEPING
PLAN: You have a cabina
with a kitchen to prepare your own meals.
$125/night for 1-4
guests. 40% reservation deposit required.
Shop in Puerto Jimenez
before coming out to Matapalo. For longer stays, we can re-order food for
you and have it delivered by taxi 7 days/week.
BOOKING
PROCEDURES:
To quickly determine the availability of lodgings, please fill
out the Reservation Inquiry form. Because of the increased
numbers of "walk-in" guests, we always advise making reservations as
far in advance as possible. Reservations are guaranteed after receipt of a
20-40% reservation deposit. Full balance may be paid
either in advance in the U.S. or upon arrival in Costa Rica. Cancellations made prior to
30 days of arrival date will receive
back deposit monies minus a 15% service charge plus wire transfer
fees if applicable. * RATES exclude Christmas/New Years period. There are no
refunds for late cancellations inside of 30 days.
