Based on Susan's 28 years of experience as a
Social Worker,
she developed both Walk & Talk sessions and a holistic model
to develop your strengths
and skills. Susan holds a Masters
in Social Work and Public Administration.
Walk
& Talk sessions engage all your levels of body, mind,
heart and soul.
This
unique approach combines a holistic model, exercise, stress reduction, beauty of being outside, and moving forward in your
life!
We generally meet in a city park or near water, and we walk
for one hour. The walking pace is set by you.
Susan does not provide
therapy.
