Warranty: There are no guarantees in high performance engine parts.
Our products are engineered to be utilized in high performance engines and may or may not be subject to
the demands of racing. Regardless, all components are not warranted unless otherwise stated. Therefore, no warranty
or guarantee is expressed or implied. High Flow Dynamics will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from
our products, nor will High Flow Dynamics be liable for any injury or casualty--direct or indirect--arising from the
proper use of, or inability to determine the use of, any product we offer. Before using, the end user shall determine the
suitability of the product for its intended application, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk with its use.
High Flow Dynamics' only warranty or guarantee is that of the manufacturer whose product other than our own that
we offer for sale. If it is determined that the product is defective, we will honor the warranty of the manufacturer.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to maintain price accuracy on our website. The purchaser
will be notified prior to filling of order if prices listed are erroneous.
Damage Claims
All items are prepared, packed and shipped in neat order. Claims for damage must be reported immediately to High Flow
Dynamics. All items must be left in the box with all packaging material until inspected by an insurance adjuster. No adjustments
will be made by High Flow Dynamics until we are notified in writing by the inspecting adjuster. Under High Flow Dynamics
Limited Warranty policy, damage claim coverage will not apply to defects or damage resulting from: improper packing during
return shipment to us; disasters such as but not limited to floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning, acts of God, service
by any other shop or technician, or tampering of the failed componentry after failure but prior to our inspection; any other
type of abuse, misuse, physical damage or neglect.

Terms
All orders for parts or labor shall be paid in full prior to shipping. High Flow Dynamics accepts Paypal, personal check,
bank-draft, and wire-transfer. A credit card number, expiration date, and billing address are required at the time of the
order, and are required in order to start work on all customer rebuilds. High Flow Dynamics reserve the right to refuse
any credit card. Sorry No COD
Refunds
No refunds, no returns, no exchanges on High Flow Dynamics performance parts. We manufacture
and sell specialty components. All sales are final, and there will be no refunds on any High Flow Dynamics product.
On other brand components offered by High Flow Dynamics as an authorized distributor, no refunds are allowed if we are not
notified within 7 days from date of shipment. Refund on Cash or charge purchases under $250.00 will be
paid at the time of product return and upon product inspection. Refunds on cash purchases in excess of $250.00 and check purchases
will be issued by check from High Flow Dynamics' office within 30 days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with
a credit card will only be made to the same card. Every return check from a customer is subject to a $25.00 service charge.
