Kaito Meter
Return and Warranty Policy
Kaito
Electronics, Inc. wants you to be satisfied with any product
that you purchase from us. If not 100% satisfied, contact us within 30
days of your invoice. The following are conditions for a return.
Kaito
Meters (Those with an Kaito logo label on their surface, not just
a referral label):
-
Unopened
product may be returned to Kaito within 90 days from invoice date
for a refund or exchange.
- Unopened product
returned after 90 days from invoice date but within 1 year from
invoice date, will be accepted for an exchange of product, subject to
a 15% restocking fee.
- Opened product
that is defective may be returned to Kaito for exchange within 1 year
from invoice date.
- Opened product
that is defective may be returned to Kaito for exchange within 30 days
of invoice date.
- Product that is
in its original factory sealed package may be returned to Kaito within
30 days from invoice date for a refund or exchange, subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
- Opened
non-defective Meters are non-returnable.
General Returns
Conditions - Applicable to all returns:
- Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for
shipping charges and risk of loss on all shipments, incoming or
outgoing.
- Authorization
Return (AR) numbers are valid for 30 days.
- Any return not
clearly displaying a Kaito Authorization Number (AR) number will not
be accepted.
General Warranty
Conditions:
- Kaito hereby
disclaims all other warranties, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Kaito does not
guarantee product compatibility with customer devices.
The Warranty does
not Cover:
- Units that have
been misused or damaged by accident.
- Units that have
been repaired or altered by persons other than Kaito Electronics, Inc.
Service Center.
- Damage caused by
leaking batteries.
