I have worked with what is now called the VooDoo Contest Group since 1994. First doing the combined paperwork for the 9G5AA/9G5TL Accra, Ghana CQ WW DX Contest operations in 1994, and later working as the webmaster for this team, beginning with their 1995 TY5A Benin contest effort. Every year since I have authored their Internet web site. |

| This group has had the first place world score in the multi-multi category of the CQ World-Wide CW DX Contest for five of the last six years. For the last three years this team has concentrated on the same operating site at the Sarakawa Hotal in the capital city of Lomé, Togo. |

|
| This is a very diverse team, consisting of CW operators from England, Scotland and the United States. The team members are: Roger Western G3SXW (coordinator), Steve Wilson G3VMW, Bob Henderson G3ZEM, Fred Hanscomb G4BWP, Cris Henderson G4FAM, Andy Chadwick G4ZVJ, Robert Ferguson GM3YTS, Vince Thompson K5VT, Jim Larsen K7GW, Paul Nyland K7PN, Mike Fulcher KC7V, Lee Finkel KY7M, Tony Rogozinski N7BG, Mike Bill, N7MB and Bob Vallio W6RGG. |

| It is safe to say that the Voodudes are presently the number one CW contest team in the world. When you hear 5V7A pounding out 59935 in November, don't hesitate to jump right in and add your call sign to the logs. 5V7A QSLs are via GM4FDM and are usually turned around very quickly after the contest. |
