Instructions to use the K7MM Gateway

Connect to the 1200 bps user node on 145.050 MHz, located on Kamiak Butte, north of Pullman, Washington.  You can navigate to K7MM-7 through most any node in EWA.    You must be in the "Keyboard" non-auto conversational mode.

Connects to Pullman Gateway, Port 1 (K7MM).   This is a HF channel on 3595C kHz, using Pactor 1

You want to connect to K7CPO, who is listening with Pactor 1, on 3595.0C kHz [you may also Connect to any other Pactor station, listening, and within range, on 3595.0C kHz].  If Glen is using a "conversational" (keyboard) mode, you can "chat" with him; otherwise the mailbox answers you with a standard login message

Deletes all of your messages stored at that station.

Ends session with K7CPO and K7MM-9

Notes:  The pactor portion of K7MM is operational when it is "attended".  After entering any command wait for a prompt to come back before entering another command. This may take ten seconds to one minute depending on how many nodes are being used.   If possible, use the Airmail software, in conjunction with a Winlink Gateway or PMBO station to send your message; it is much faster.
