This picture was taken at the crash recovery base for the Alaska Airlines flight
261 crash in early February. Jim was there to deploy the OES satellite
trailer in the background. OES was providing LAN and phone connectivity to
several command vehicles including the Ventura County sheriff trailer in the back
ground.
