New clients who mention my web-site will receive a 30%discount off of the usual respective
session fee on their first session(cannot be used with any other discount)
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. I do not file claims for medical insurance, but will provide
documentation to assist the client if he/she chooses to do so. A sliding fee scale and /or payment arrangements may
be utilized for individuals providing evidence of significant financial hardship.
Any appointments booked outside of my normal working hours (11AM-8PM, Monday thru Saturday) will incur
a $25 surcharge for after hours work and will only be made at my discretion.
Gift Certificates are Available in any Denomination
There will be a $36 charge for any check returned due to insufficient funds.

Unfortunately, we are all painfully aware of
the impact of fuel prices on our everyday lives. These effects on businesses such as mine that deliver services to the customer
have been especially problematic. As such, I have been forced to change my fee for the mobile part of the service to a 3-tiered
system: 0-15 miles one way will remain at $25; 16-30 miles--$30; 30-45 miles--$35; anything beyond 45 miles one way will be
quoted on a case by case basis.
Also, at this time I have decided to implement
the first professional fee increase in over 2 years from $60 an hour to $65 and hour. The per-minute rate beyond an hour will
increase to $1.08 per minute.
