Acoustic and Electric Bass and Guitar, Vocals

Jim, the newest member of the group, comes from a family of musicians. His mother, a vocalist, and his father, a jazz guitarist were his first audience when he began playing at the age of 12. Since then, Jim has studied music theory with Robert Chauls and has performed extensively on the West Coast including a stint with his younger brother, Doug, in a Grand Funk Railroad tribute band. After a 16 year hiatus from music, Jim has re-emerged into the music scene as a prolific multi-instrumentalist and songwriter.
