Jan has published ten teacher resource books with Libraries Unlimited and had several poems published for adult audiences. She is a retired children's librarian who has conducted workshops nationally in 22 states and performed as a storyteller in schools and libraries. Jan writes and sometimes illustrates children's books although these are, as yet, unpublished. Her newest book, Stories Time and Again, was released in 2005 and is a sequel to Stories NeverEnding.
