Les deviations dans la vie,
sont-ils les avenues vraies
ou les avenues fausses ?
To understand profoundly through intuition or empathy.
This weblog is my online journal. You'll find my opinions on a variety of topics as well as links to other
things on the web that I find interesting. When the spirit moves me, I may also include longer essays. Of note is that I will
not necescarily spell correctly, use coreckt grammer or politikally korect points of view... this is an attempt at just leting
flow ideas into an areana that mostly people I care about only know... Now, if I see my stuff being quoted elsewere.. then
I will go GULP and perhaps put up a better disclaimer. My goal is to be genuine, sanguine, and a little obtuse at times.
The
listings below are the archives, my web log is set to show 5 entries and then the rest go into archive by month. Enjoy, remember
the only thing real in life is that we are born, we breath, we die. The rest is just a dream, don't take it all too seriously,
making mistakes is like reprograming your EPROM chips (stays with you even after a reboot), learning by book is like loading
knowledge into RAM... (easily forgotten. needs to be reloaded every time you reboot) ... um, he he, yeah, Carpe Diem................................................
yeah and some photo albums

sometimes when directions are too simple, you KNOW it will take longer
spent way too much time to set up the DSL modem then the wireless router.
holy mother of my dog! a lot of stuff was not in the set up files so really, I was doomed to try itterations before I called.
then repeat as I moved to the next step. You see... i just called tech souport at least 5 times today. if only they had the
directions COMPLETE. blimey.
but BUT BUTT is cool that i am so close to swithc house, my through put is what i pay for...
aka 1.3Mb/sec ... a T1 is 1.5Mb :^D
cool.
I can get faster speeds too if i pay more.
well, I will post a post turkey picture set etc as i need to clean the house and get cranking
...i have a 20 pnd bird and 10-15 people for tomorrow and we are eating at noon... i best get busy!

not much to say not much to report
you know.... YA KNOW. sometimes it seems like nothing to report, but as i
sit here stalling on reading through a whole lot of documentation on a company... i realize.. hey Phaelan and I went sliding
yesterday and did she ever get a mongo kick out of this silly silly little hill. I mean, when i was a kid and walked uphill
to school both ways...a nd the snow was as deep as my belt and sledding meant a mile of downhill through the trees... he he..
she like it alot, talk about excitemtent for snow. sometimes i forget what that LEVEL of excitement is like, even tho Ruby
Dog tries to remind me with her bouncing around the house and chassing the ball in the back yard...
this is thanks giving time and getting ready for about 10-15 people to show up and eat.. (if
youhavenoplacetogo... come on over!) I should pick the bird up tues.. maybe tonight...
anyway, my favorite holiday. love to host it.
Namaste and so on and so forth....

that inspiration for poets comes from mead... see..
"Meanwhile, Odin reached his waiting fellow gods, and regurgitated all the mead he had drunk. Most went into vessels the
other Aesir gods had prepared for him, but some spilled out and it's from this spilled mead that poets gain their inspiration.

common dreams dot org.... interesting
a good site URL that a friend recommended today
'Thanks to the Internet, progressives are organizing like never before

Common Dreams. I swear by it. And I donate to keep it going.' Jeff Cohen, founder FAIR, the progressive media watch group.

....snips about water issues... snipped and linked... http://www.odci.gov/cia/publication...k/print/xx.html(g) increased concerns about the environment, including loss of forests, shortages of energy and water, the decline
in biological diversity, and air pollution Natural resources: the rapid depletion of nonrenewable mineral resources,
the depletion of forest areas and wetlands, the extinction of animal and plant species, and the deterioration in air and water
quality (especially in Eastern Europe, the former USSR, and China) pose serious long-term problems that governments and peoples
are only beginning to address Environment - current issues: large areas subject to overpopulation, industrial disasters,
pollution (air, water, acid rain, toxic substances), loss of vegetation (overgrazing, deforestation, desertification), loss
of wildlife, soil degradation, soil depletion, erosion Disputes - international:... other sources of contention include

annual basis, Canadian rivers discharge close to 9% of the world's renewable water supply, while Canada has less than 1% of
the world's population. When we know that only 2,5 % of all water around the world is drinkable, the word «wealth» is not
an extrapolation. Water is also highly visible in Canada: probably no country in the world has as much of its surface
area covered by freshwater as does Canada. Of particular note are the Great Lakes. This set of lakes, which is shared with
the United States, makes up the largest surface area of freshwater found in one place anywhere in the world.
