Our payment and delivery policies are as follows:

Payment: We gladly accept checks and cash. We are not set up for credit cards, however, there is an atm machine at the convenience store across the parking lot from us. Please note that it will not accept credit cards either, only debit and check cards. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery: We will deliver your family's Christmas Tree free anywhere within a limited area. Please make certain if there will be a delivery charge to your area or not while making delivery arrangements.

Tie Downs:
We are glad to help you by loading your family Christmas Tree. We love it when you have a pick-up truck or van we can load into but will assist you in tying your Christmas Tree down to the top of your vehicle if need be. We have loaded and tied down many a tree to cars, vans and suv's.

Please be advised that WE WILL IN NO WAY BE RESPONSIBLE for any damage done to your vehicle or to anyone's person or property in the event of a mishap. It is up to you to make certain your Christmas Tree is tied down sufficiently and that you are able to drive safely with a tree tied to your vehicle.

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

If you are not happy with your tree when you get home with it, bring it back for another tree as long as you have not altered or damaged the tree. For this reason it's a great idea to have us get the tree ready for set-up by lopping off lower lower tree limbs or cutting the tree to a shorter length, or drilling a pilot hole (if you have a spike-type tree stand) before leaving the lot. There is no charge for this.
