bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, and parsley;
instead of the redcurrent jelly, I used 2 T. tomato puree, tomato paste--US;
used fresh chopped mint instead of mint sauce;
used veggies and other ingredients as Gemini did.)

1 Minute Chocolate Cake
(I did add 1 T. ground flaxseed. Used Xylitol instead of Splenda.)
(I think this is better not overcooked. I left the bottom moist.)
(It was like a molten chocolate cake when turned upside down.)
(I used it as 4 servings.)
