Violence from mexicans towards Americans continues. On Thurs,
May 22nd, the vehicle I was driving was pelted by fruit by two cowardly mexicans who apparently didn't like the sight
of my American flag, which wasn't even being waved at the time, it was simply lying in the front seat. This occurred at the
intersection of Ave S and 47th St East. They were driving a dk green older pickup truck and were guys about 45 yrs old or
so. Tires were fat, extending out past the edge of the vehicle itself. I believe it also had a bumper sticker with green text on
the right rear bumper. They turned east on Avenue S into that residential section. I was not able to get into a u-turn
fast enough to catch them and get their license plate, unfortunately. So be on the lookout, patriots! As Frank Jorge believes,
it very well could be an ugly summer for relations between Americans and mexicans.
AV INDEPENDENT MINUTEMEN RALLY PHOTOS, 5-10-08
Several American Patriots were assaulted today during the AVIMM rally
in Palmdale, California, by reconquistas angered by the sight of our American flags. Two of these guys pulled up in a truck
blaring spanish music, one grabbing a mexican flag, and then proceeded to go dancing around in the midst of our group,
and making contact with at least three members, trying to knock them aside. I was the last of that bunch, and I immediately
confronted him loudly, and to my sheer amazement, Mr Tough Guy Gangster actually apologized! It was all I could do to keep
from laughing out loud! His buddy was not so confrontational, though he also pulled out a mexican flag and waved it around.
The first physical contact made by troublemaker #1 was immediately noticed and Frank began to ask people if they had cell
phones to call the police. The Palmdale sheriff's deputies arrived on scene VERY quickly, and IN FORCE, to prevent things
from getting out of hand, as a group gathered in support of the two guys causing all the chaos, chanting "Viva Mexico,
Viva mexico!" at us. The first deputy on scene, didn't fool around, we all pointed the guy out to him, and he immediately
went over and placed the guy in handcuffs and led him to a patrol car. The guy was wearing one of those bandoleros, complete
with what looked like a real bullet, but I never did find out if it was or not. A few of us, earlier in the day, were egged
by a passing carload of more reconquistas in a red Honda - which amusingly had its license plate blocked by a piece of cardboard!
Too funny. Another member, and I think it may have been Frank; had coffee thrown at him by yet another passing vehicle. An eye-opener for me was the number of female
hispanics who drove by yelling at us "this is mexico! YOU go home!" - didn't surprise me really, but not having seen that
one before, I was still a little shocked to hear it. I guess it's one thing to read about, but when you experience somebody
saying that, it reinforces how serious this issue is. But I think most of us expected this smaller type of harassment,
considering the location (10th St W at Ave P). Otherwise things went well, we had lots of support from many other passing
motorists, and a few of them even pulled over to join us.
