Director of Theatre Arts-As the Director of Theatre Arts, I am in charge of choosing the theatrical season for Talon Theatre. In addition, I am the instructor for the Theatre Production/ International Baccalaureate class, Advanced Theatre Arts/ International Baccalaureate class, Intermediate Theatre Arts class, and Beginning Theatre Arts classes. I still oversee all technical related aspects of Talon Theatre in addition to directing the three mainstage productions and supervising the annual Children's Show and the tow Theatre Production Workshop shows.

Assistant Drama Director- As the Assistant Drama Director, I helped plan the theatrical season. I was also the technical director in charge of designing and building scenery, lighting plots, and sound layouts, as well as running backstage crews. I directed one production a season.

Stage Craft Instructor- This was a one year course teaching the behind the scenes aspects of theatre, such as scenic and lighting design, theater structures, etc.

Drama 1 Instructor- This is a one year course that teaches the basics of acting and theater knowledge to students.

Microsoft Office Instructor- This is a one year course in using Microsoft Office (98and 2000). The topics covered are Word, PowerPoint, and Excell.

Microsoft Visual Basic Instructor- This is a one year course teaching students how to create computer programs using Microsoft Visual Basic.

Professional Experience


Designing and building scenery for S.M.C.H.S. productions as well as designing and hanging lighting plots. Directing productions. Running stage crews. Teaching Stage Craft, Beginning Theatre Arts, Intermediate Theatre Arts, Advanced Theatre Arts, Theatre Production, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Visual Basic, heading the Audio/ Visual Department, and substituting for absent teachers.


Additional Professional Activities


"Over-hire" scenic crew member for South Coast Repretory for "load in" and "strike" of scenery from 1991- 1996.

Contract employee in V.I.P. Mobile Entertainment designing, installing, and running the lighting for company and public events as well as assisting in the set up of sound and video equipment for events.
