| tomato ketchup | 3 T |
| sweet pickle relish | 1 T |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 t |
| capers | 1 t |
| lemon juice | 1/2 t |
| prepared horseradish | 1/4 t |
Combine ingredients and chill at least 2 hours before using.
This recipe is from Mr. Dan Garavelli. This type of tomato based sauce is incorrectly called Rémoulade which is not tomato based.
