| cantaloupe | 1 medium |
| honey | 1 T |
| ground nutmeg | to taste |
Quarter the cantaloupe. Spread warm honey evenly over each piece and sprinkle with nutmeg. Heat the melon in an open pan at 300°F for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
