This street restaurant is halfway between the two CHF CIT Offices and one place where the cellular phone seems to work well. Here Steve, Wilson Casteñeda and Jorge Dubon have an informal conference. Wilson is the Agroforestry/Long-Term Crops Manager and Jorge is the Infrastructure Coordinator.
