Individual Testing and Evaluation of STudents
I-TEST is a private testing service started in the fall of 1996, provided by Raymond R. Phelps, a licensed school psychometrist. Mr. Phelps has recently retired after serving 30 years in the Independence Public School District. He holds a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling. He has Lifetime Certification in School Administration, School Psychometry, Counseling, and K-8 Classroom.
The following service is available for individual students, as well as small groups which includes Home Schoolers and private schools.
