"Blind Images" is a continuing series of still-life paintings, usually florals, which reveal the unusual light and shadow effects cast on subjects through window blinds.
These images focus upon a unique sense of light on, in, behind, and around the focal point of the piece. The patterns cast, and reflections created by the blinds, offer an
unusual challenge. Along with the obvious and bold shadows cast by the blinds, the Artist also strives to capture the more subtle highlights, textures, and patterns, that make each painting
in this series unique unto itself.
