My Uncle Olaf's wife, Henrietta, was Postmistress in the 40's & 50's. They lived in the back of the Post Office.
For some Holidays, about 15 of us would get together there & to make room for the Dinner table, we would move everything back from the center of the PO.
People with PO Boxes would come in & peek at us through their Box!
