Design

Maybe you know exactly what you want but don't have the ability to create it. Maybe you have a vague idea, but need help visualizing. Maybe you only have a product and a tagline. In any case, I can help.


Copywriting

Design is important, but words carry your message -- or can sabotage it. Sometimes, how you say it is more important than what you say. With my extensive and diverse writing background, I can give you the words that will sell. My experience ranges from writing for film and television to creating ad copy for various clients and organizations.


Editing

You may have your own copy, but a third eye is always valuable. I can tell you whether it communicates your message, and improve it where it doesn't. I can also fix those common errors that can frequently turn customers away. Not quite clear on the difference between "its" and "it's"? Aren't sure exactly where that comma is supposed to go? Confused by the differences between that and which, who and whom? I've got you covered. And if your copy is too long for the space you have, I can reduce its volume while maintaining its content.


Web Services

Whether you need a single page slapped up fast or a large site created and maintained, I can handle it for you -- and help you keep the emphasis on content. Too many websites nowadays focus on the bells and whistles, forgetting that the typical user will leave a site and go elsewhere if useful information isn't presented within twenty seconds*. Why go with a designer who will try to overload you with fancy but useless techniques in order to justify an inflated hourly rate?
