one bunch of kale
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic
juice of one lemon
Rinse kale, but do not shake dry. Chop kale into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in skillet. Add crushed garlic and saute until garlic is soft. Add chopped kale and toss with oil. Cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and stir. Cover again and cook until kale is soft but still bright green.
