The next CHAPMAN that I found was Uriel.  He purchased 30, 000 acres along the Coal, G(uyandotte?) and S(andy?) Rivers.  I believe that Uriel was an investor from New York.  I later found transactions of what appear to have been made by  his widow and son.  I do not think that any of them ever came here to live.
