George before 1826

I can find no census records of George and Elizabeth in the 1820 & 1830 censuses.  The George in 1840 may be the family, but they must have been here earlier.  Their dau. Susan m. Robert HOLDREBY (whose father was an early settler of the Cabell Co., area), and had a dau. Eliza Priscilla 22 Apr. 1826.

1860 census lists George as retired merchant.
