Kathryn at Four Months

10/7/96

Little Kathryn keeps becoming a little more capable every month. She happily grabs and tugs on things, usually her toys but also on a handy necklace or eyeglasses. When propped up she can sit without collapsing, although the situation is always quite precarious. She also stands if you provide the balance, although she does get tired of it quickly.

Lying on her tummy is still a punishment for Kathryn. She raises her head and looks around for someone to rescue her, as her arms flail ineffectually. Soon she starts to protest, and if no-one answers she buries her face in despair and wails.

She spent another weekend with her grandparents, her hair got wavier, and she still spent a lot of time sleeping.

See you next month!
