The Garden: A Seed Ministry
Fertile Ground, page two
"The reason many people are not growing is because they are not sowing.  They are living self-centered lives.  Unless they change their focus and start reaching out to others, they will probably remain in that condition."
Pastor Joel Osteen, "Your Best Life Now," 2004, p. 250.

Here I am tilling the soil, now with added humus,  with a front end tiller.  An alternative would be to use "raised beds."

Below:  I am getting ready to put in plants purchased from a local nursery.  I buy bulbs from various garden catalogs but much prefer to use one of our local nurseries for live plants ready to transplant.  When you are deciding what to put where, you can move the pots around.  What you plant is dependent upon your climate, soil, micro-climate, availability and your individual taste.  We will go into more detail elsewhere on this site.  For the most part, you can move perennials, even after they have settled, without harming them.

"But the Lord still waits for you to come to him so

He can show you His love and compassion.   For the

Lord is a faithful God.   Blessed are those who wait

for Him to help them. "

From God's Word:  " Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."
Apostle Paul,  2 Corinthians 9:6-8 NIV
