If picking a shitty movie isn’t bad, realizing that it sucks within five minutes is worse. That’s the experience of BANDITS, a comedy that’s rarely funny. I mean, rarely! We’re talking stone faced for two hours, people. But wait, does thinking about something else and laughing count? Some lady in the audience burped really loud and that was funny. No? Well, considering the talent involved here, this is sure one colossal misfire. Very few films try this hard and remain so unfunny, unless it was made by Tom Green. Still, by himself, Billy Bob Thornton comes across as mildly entertaining. Despite being an obvious nutcase, he really is a good actor. :-)

      In conclusion, BANDITS sucks and will be the blemish these actors will try and forget for years to come, only we probably won’t let them.
