Sheena discovers that her jungle domain is threatened by two deadly enemies:

gun-runners and typhoid fever. Two criminals posing as innocent traders have been smuggling guns into the jungle.

Sheena and Bob try to help a girl find the truth about her past in order to prove her birthright and inherit money left by her parents who were killed in the jungle. They attempt to help her solve the mystery of her childhood that was spent with an African tribe. Barbara Bestar

JUNGLE MANHUNT                                                December 2, 1956
Sheena teaches a young girl a valuable lesson. The teenage daughter of an outlaw runs into the jungle after her father has been killed during a robbery. Sheena finds the defiant girl, who has been injured during her flight, and tries to help her. Bob tells Sheena that the girl’s uncle has escaped arrest and is trying to find her.

LEOPARD MEN                                                        December 9, 1956
One of the men mining for uranium in the jungle is attacked and clawed by a leopard. However, Sheena discovers that the leopard is human, the dread Leopard Man, despised and feared by all the Natives.

The Chief of the Kiyuyu tribe finds his village burnt to the ground and the women and children taken hostage by Mau Mau warriors. and/or  A man is forced to become a spy for the Mau Mau in order to save his wife and son from death at the hands of Mau Mau warriors, who have taken them prisoner. EYES OF THE IDOL                                                 December 24, 1956
Bob and Sheena discover that the Noskobo tribe has been stealing supplies from a trading post. She finds the natives participating in a weird voodoo rite centered about a beetle-like idol. Virgil Richardson.

JUNGLE PURSUIT                                                  December 31, 1956
A young man steals the village tax money and causes trouble among the savages. and/or  Bob and Chester join in a search for an escaped prisoner. Sheena, however, finds the wounded prisoner and takes him to her shelter where she learns that he has been framed by two men who robbed him.    Girard Wilson.

THE LASH                                                                 January 6, 1957
A man is murdered in the jungle and his killer assumes his identity so that he may safely pass into a native village and rob the people of precious gems. Sheena learns of this plan and races ahead to warn the Ninomo tribe that they are in danger. John Langley, Buddy Baer.

LAND OF THE ROGUE                                          January 13, 1957

The district commissioner is alerted that a dangerous thug is on the loose in the jungle. Sheena hears that the thug plans to look the friendly Ninomo village and races to ward the natives of the danger.

THE RIVAL QUEEN                                               January 20, 1957
A dangerous thug manages to escape from prison guards while working in the jungle. Determined to steal the Ninomo treasure, he seeks revenge on Sheena, who was responsible for his previous capture and prison sentence.
