THE BIG BLOW-OFF
Joe's Publicity and bank account are suffering because of a lack of
challengers. Boxingdom can't produce a challenger fit to fight Joe in defense
of his first title. When one does appear, Knobby doesn't want to let him
fight.
THE CLYDE-NAPPERS
Clyde, Joe's trainer and faithful friend, is kidnapped by gamblers. The
gangsters want to make a deal with Joe to thrown a championship bout in
return for their captive.
COME OUT FIGHTING
Joe needs a rest, so he and Ann go to the country for a vacation. There
the champ gets some unexpected activity.
THE FAST TOUCH
Joe and Knobby get involved
in a phony charity drive invented by two con men.
THE HARD WAY
Joe is asked to work with a boy's club, but Knobby says he hasn't the
time. When Joe catches a youngster stealing the hubcaps from his car, he
realizes that the boy needs help. Joe decides to work in the boys' club and
gives the youngster a choice of either joining the club or going to

JOE THE GIANT KILLER
Knobby refuses to let Joe visit the army camps in Alaska because of the
experience that befell the Champ during a similar visit to Korea.
KNOBBY’S KNOCKOUT
Knobby convinces Joe that he should accept a job as a technical advisor
for a motion picture.
TWO RINGS FOR EDDIE
One of Joe's protégé's has a problem. His girl has given him a choice
between the ring and herself.

WINNER TAKE ALL
A down and out fighter engaged as a sparring partner for Joe, plans to
trick the Champ and show him up.
A DATE FOR MURDER
Joe, Ann, Knobby and Clyde set out on a fishing trip that turns into near
tragedy as they are held captive in a lonely farmhouse by killers who are
waiting for the absent farmer.
AND STILL CHAMP
Knobby and Ann begin to worry about the Champ's age when they learn he is
soon to fight a young challenger.
THE BLACKOUT
On her way to the training camp site, Ann has an auto accident resulting
in a loss of memory. Joe's concern affects his fighting.
CLYDE’S MISTAKE
Knobby, Ann and Joe try to impress a very sociable charity director so
that she will star the champ on her TV show. Clyde means well, but ruins the
plan.
THE LAST CAR
Joe, Ann and Knobby are riding on the last car of a train when they
suddenly realize that it has been derailed.
NEUTRAL CORNER
Joe's protégé, an up-and-coming middleweight, suffers a knee injury in an
accident. The champ is reluctant to tell the boy he may never fight again. Charles Buchinski

After Joe has successfully defended his title he secretly slips away with
his wife to the Canadian wilds for a second honeymoon. While there they
become involved in a strange series of events, and aid a young couple, the
husband of whom is accused of having been a Nazi!
SOCIETY JOE
In order to raise money for his favorite boys' club, Joe accepts the
weekend invitation of an old flame, now married to a wealthy socialite.
SUMMER DAZE
Knobby is worried about Joe's summer slump. The little manager soon has
much greater troubles to contend with.
BELOW THE BORDER
While on a Nation-wide tour, Heavyweight champion Joe Palooka is asked to
fight the Mexican champ. This turns out to be a difficult task because

A society deb gets Joe's contract as collateral for a loan. Her

CAREER FOR ANN
When Joe hires a maid to take over the housework, Ann finds herself with
nothing to do, so she takes a job as a salesgirl.
JOE’S SAFARI
Joe agrees to do a series of exhibition matches in South America. But the
flight down holds many perils for the champ.
THE LAST FIGHT
A fighter takes a terrible drubbing from Joe until he is knocked out,
which brings on a tirade from the boxer's wife that tortures Joe's conscience
and makes him decide to retire from the ring. But Ann gets him into a
situation where he can't quit.
THE LAST ROUND
Clyde erroneously believes that he has only three months to live. Intent
on having one last fling, he borrows money from Joe to be repaid with his
insurance.
THE LONG WAIT
Despite Knobby's objections, Joe agrees to train for a coming fight at
the camp of some new friends. In this case Knobby is proved correct.
TURKEY FOR TERRY
When two fighters play a practical joke on Knobby, it turns into a
