The following BOUPs (Being Of Unusual Power) have all been identified as a threat to our national security. It is vital that you review all information pertaining to these beings as it could mean the difference between life and death. As you encounter BOUPs, it is expected that you will contribute to TEAM's rapidly growing archive. We will need to record powers, strategies, tactics, alliances and anything else you can uncover. All this will be analyzed to produce attack and defense plans, training scenarios and any relevant schematics on weapons and hardware. Intelligence is the key!
