There are some souls that remain throughout history, destined to visit this Earth many times over.  While souls such as these always leave their mark upon the world, the side of good and evil is not predetermined.  In one incarnation, the soul may have saved the world and yet, in the very next, attempt its destruction.  Like all other souls, environment plays a vital role in shaping the life that surrounds it.

Sena has been born into countless ages. She has been a warrior princess, the star of a campy, but thoroughly entertaining TV series and will as yet be born into an age where man roams the stars. But in this time, in this age, Sena was born into anger and violence.

Sena grew up watching her father mercilessly beat her mother.  Unable to find a way to escape, Sena's mother took her own life; an image that will forever haunt Sena.  She watched this story repeat itself as her father battered girlfriend after girlfriend. Then, at the age of ten, Sena was place in foster care after her father was arrested for drunk driving and man slaughter.

Although the foster system move Sena around a lot, it generally did a good job of taking care of her.  It was during this time that an interest in physics, particularly the movement of energy, emerged.  Surviving a childhood within a shattered home, Sena started to climb out of her desolation.  In fact, when she received her full scholarship to MIT's physics program, she, for the first time in her life, experienced hope.

Over the next year, Sena excelled in her studies. She even fell madly in love with an engineering student named Shaun.  In all this time, Sena finally understood what it meant to be happy and to be loved.  Shaun and Sena one day planned to move to the backwoods of New Hampshire, hours away from family and friends, to live the American dream.  Sena was at peace.  It is at times like this when the intentions of Fate must be questioned for tragedy then struck.

Sena's love was killed by a drunk driver while he was crossing Memorial Drive late one night.  Not surprisingly, the desolation which Sena had felt for so many years came flooding back, drowning all sense of happiness, hope and any bright future she may have had.  Anger boiled within her veins.  She would exact payment from the person who now caused her such anguish. And no one was going to stop her.

Anger is an energy so it is said.  Sena went down to the police station where the murderous drunkard was incarcerated.  As she got closer to the precinct's doors, she began to glow.  Energy began to pool in her hands.  Without even thinking, she threw the energy like Frisbees at the doors and shattered them.  Taken by surprise, the police began to mobilize, some to stop the treat that was now upon them and others to secure the safety of the prisoners in their charge.  Sena watched the energy discs fly everywhere.  She thought to herself how it seemed that they possessed a will of their own.  No, not of their own, she relized, but of hers.  She was the one directing the energy discs about the station, unleashing damage and chaos everywhere.

When she finally reached the holding cells, she came upon the man who killed her love. There was no need to open the cell. She threw two discs through the bars and just as they were going to hit their target, they each veered away at right angles on either side of him.  A momentary look of relief appeared in his glassy eyes.  Sena wondered how someone, something so pathetic could have destroyed her.  And with that, her energy discs ricocheted off of the side walls and sliced through the drunkard right below his ankles.  Like sheers, they continued to bounce back and forth from one wall to the opposite, each time slicing off one inch of his body from the feet up.

This man, who now looked like so many pieces of sliced beef, not only killed Sena's love, but her as well.  Gone forever was Sena and the hopes and dreams that, for a fleeting moment, she dared to have.  Now, standing in her place was a cold and hardened woman.  A woman who, cackling with energy, was going to have things her way.  Behold Iron Maiden!
